Impact 504 was founded by New Orleans life-long resident Percy J. Marchand as a community resource.
Although it was just formed in December of 2023, it is the producer of annual community events including the BooDat Halloween Extravaganza (begun in 2021) and the Winter Fest Gert Town Community Christmas Parade and Giveaway (Begun in 2022).

In January of 2024 we also began the Krewe de Charite' which provides resources to underserved residents of New Orleans and provides opportunities for all to serve and better understand the challenges this marginalized population faces.
We were founded with the purpose of creating, collaborating, and carrying out effective programs and activities that provide direct positive impacts on youth, adults, and seniors. We believe in a holistic approach to solving the ills that challenge residents and communities.
We believe that the needs of our community are so great and demand urgent action. Therefore, we readily collaborate with public and private entities to ensure we can have positive and impactful programing and activities that responds to the needs of the communities throughout the greater New Orleans region.

Youth from across the city participated in arts & crafts activities; STEM projects; interacted with NOPD and NOFD personnel and equipment; got to be stars in our costume contest; experienced the Fright Night Haunted House; and then got to dance the night away with DJ Arie Spins! The event also advocated for and raised funds and donations for a mother who had recently survived a domestic violence incident.
Families from across the city descended upon Gert Town for the Second Annual Winter Fest Gert Town Community Parade and Giveaway. Before processing through the neighborhood and handing out gifts and throws to neighbors along the route; youth were engaged with arts and crafts and slime projects. Following the parade; attendees were fed a Holiday Feast
