Our History

IMPACT504, founded by Percy J. Marchand, a life-long resident of New Orleans, serves as a vital community resource.

Established in December 2023, IMPACT504 has quickly become known for producing annual community events, including the popular BOODat504 Halloween Community Extravaganza, which started in 2021, and the WinterFest504 Gert Town Community Christmas Parade and Giveaway, initiated in 2022.

In January 2024, we launched the IMPACT504 Krewe de Charite, aimed at providing essential resources to underserved residents of New Orleans, while also creating opportunities for all to engage and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by this marginalized population.

Additionally, our commitment to health initiatives is reflected in our HEALTHY504 program, which promotes wellness within the community. As we continue our efforts, we look forward to celebrating IMPACT504 DAY, uniting the community in support of these meaningful initiatives.
