Youth StartUp
Get ready to learn and earn with this innovative program coming in 2027!
- YouthStartUp will be an eight-week, paid entrepreneurship and job training program for 20–25 at-risk young people (ages 16–21) in New Orleans.
- YouthStartUp will modernize workforce development by blending (1) workforce readiness and job skills, (2) entrepreneurship and business literacy, and (3) worker power and rights education.

- Helping stock and promote New Orleans Community Fridges / Pantries
- Providing hygiene products, food, and essentials to New Orleans Underhoused populations
- Supporting education, leadership development, activities, and community service projects at elementary and high schools

IMPACT504’s 5/04 Day Weekend of Service, the weekend / week of May 04, is a citywide call to “Spread LOVE, Bring HOPE, and Change LIVES.” This annual initiative rallies New Orleans residents, businesses, and organizations to volunteer, donate, and uplift communities. More than an event, it’s a movement to create lasting impact and inspire positive change across the 504.
Keep Gert Town Safe
Keep Gert Town Safe is an IMPACT504 initiative focused on storm readiness and community safety. Through practical resources like evacuation steps, emergency planning tips, and neighborhood check-ins, the program empowers residents to prepare for hurricane season and protect their families. By registering at IMPACT504.org, Gert Town households can access vital information and even win storm-readiness prizes—because safety starts with preparation and community support.

It's where we got our start! BOO!Dat504 began post COVID , as a way to bring the community and families together for a safe, fun, and enriching activities all while bringing awareness of Domestic Violence and support for its survivors. Activities include:
